Returns & Cancellations

You have FOURTEEN (14) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund. Any request for refund after the FOURTEEN (14) DAY time limit will not be considered.

All refund requests should be directed to support@localgoldmine.zendesk.com.

Once a valid refund request is submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card –OR mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders will be refunded to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.

PayPal disputes and claims

Due to buyers fraudulently purchasing and using our product and then requesting a refund, we decline all disputes and claims in PayPal if you have not made an attempt to contact our support at support@localgoldmine.zendesk.com.

Our support is available to assist you with refunds and questions. If you use the PayPal dispute system before contacting us we will consider it fraudulent and automatically decline it.

A few words about refunds…

As with any digital product or subscription, there will always be a few unscrupulous buyers who pay for the product or service, use it, and then request a refund.

If you use our course and honestly don’t find it to be a good value, we will gladly refund your purchase.
